I found myself looking for a new Financial Adviser as my current incumbent was not working in my best interests and more theirs. I made a number of enquiries and asked friends if they could recommend anyone - Sanjay responded to a notice I put on Social Media and we had a quick call, followed by a face to face over a coffee. It quickly became apparent the current company were, indeed, not working in my best interests (my understanding of the situation and not Sanjay disrespecting another company). Sanjay got my permission to make some enquiries to my current Investment house (not the FSA) to better understand my situation and portfolio. Once he had obtained this information we then discussed options he suggested. It should also be noted that Sanjay found a large some of money paid to my FSA which should never have happened (I managed to get this back but only because Sanjay flagged it) Moving forward it was clear to me Sanjay suggestions were far more in keeping with my desires and when the portfolio was put in writing and I saw the "guarenteed" returns, it quick became a no brainer to shift my portfolio. I've not done the exact calculations, but would estmiate that over a 10 year period, I will have saved/made a high 5 figure sum - and that cannot be ignored. Suffice to say, if you need Financial advice, Sanjay is your man - he is trusted, knowledgable and not afriad the explain the difficult jargon used in the Financial sectore
