What lovely staff and wide selection of items available! Thank you to the incredible employee who helped me and my mother in selecting the best items for our new cats. She was extremely helpful in answering questions and concerns we had on different brands, items, etc.. She gave us valuable advice with her experience as a pet owner and knowledge of the products. Would highly recommend this place and their reasonable prices.

I was totally ignored when I was in store, no helping was given, I asked for help with what cat litter would be best but . Whilst looking at cat litter and food, overheard staff members, Will and a young looking girl blondeish hair, talking about a former member of staff by the sounds of it. The fact I was ignored made me feel neglected but to overhear the conversation I did was in no way professional. If I can I'd like to make a formal complaint but the website doesn't tell you how too.

I don't usually post negative feedback about companies but this particular visit to Pets Corner Marlow was horrible!! I went in to store with my puppy and the man behind the till (I've never seen him before so I'd say he is new) picked up my puppy without asking and dropped him on the floor! This caused my puppy to spend 2 days in the vets as he was struggling to walk. I got no apology from the man either just a horrible glare and moodiness toward me after asking him why he dropped my puppy. I wanted to buy some puppy food but wanted a better food than what I was feeding, Jess approached me and was extremely helpful, she was very knowledgeable about dog nutrition and explained each brand to me including pros & cons of each. She recommend 3 different brands for my puppy based on his breed, age and weight. We looked at; More+First Steps Small Breed Puppy, Canagan Puppy and McAdams Puppy. I opted for Canagan as it was more suited to my budget and still has everything my little one needs to grow. Jess left me to browse the toys to attend other customers, which I was fine with. Once I had everything I needed I approached the tills where I witnessed the same man shouting at Jess!! I'll quote what he said because I was astonished to hear it: "Your awful at your job, you have no clue about nutrition so just leave it to the actual trained staff" "You need to stop being so rude to customers" "As long as I'm in charge, you won't last much longer in this job" I'm sorry but who speaks to another staff member like that! I have tried to contact head office regarding this incident but am unable to get through to anyone. Also, to pick up someones puppy without permission and proceed to drop them on the floor can have serious repercussions on the puppies skeleton and growth. Very disappointed with my visit and won't be likely to visit the company again if that's how they treat customer pets and other staff members.

Since getting my puppy Pets Corner is my go to store for all my puppy essentials. The products are carefully selected to be high quality and well made. There are lots of healthy treat and chew options, and the staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When choosing a first harness for my little 9 week old Schnoodle, the assistant not only advised me on the best options, but fitted the harness correctly to ensure it was right size and shape for my puppy. I would highly recommend to any existing or new dog owners.

I have used Pets Corner for years now, buying Canagan cat food for my tabby cat and trying some new products. The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable and I like their ethos of supplying quality food for pets using quality ingredients. It's appealing to try new products because if your pet doesn't like it you can return for a refund. I highly recommend this store. Louise

One of our dogs has allergies requiring a special diet. Hannah was extremely knowledgeable about the range of foods which could help, explaining key ingredients and why they were beneficial. Highly recommend!
